Anne Pressly
EXCERPT:
Ann Coulter in the new Oliver Stone flick W. And like the restaurant critic yesterday who was attacked in Albany, there seems to be some suspicion Pressly may have been specifically targeted:

"[It] is possible that it is something other than robbery," [a police spokeswoman] said. ". . . she was a public figure. . . on the news, in the media."

That's not much to go on, and it's also possible that robbery was the motive. And Pressly is listed on some "Hottest News Anchor"-type lists online, so who knows what kinds of stalkers she might have. But we must ask: Is there a White House connection? From her bio:

Murder of Anne Pressly after she played Anne Coulter in movie?
EXCERPT:
After earning her B.A. in Political Science from Rhodes College in Memphis, Tennessee, Pressly was hired at KATV in May 2004 to produce Good Morning Arkansas[4] and report for MidDay Arkansas and Saturday Daybreak. She was promoted to a full-time reporter position in November, 2004.[5]

A chance encounter with a casting director while working on a story helped her land a small role as Ann Coulter, a conservative commentator, in Oliver Stone's 2008 film W.[6]

Larry Braun wikipedia
EXCERPT:
"Lloyd Braun" also is the name of a minor character from the TV series "Seinfeld."
Lloyd Braun (born 1958) is a television and Internet media executive who currently runs the entertainment firm BermanBraun.

Braun's first major success came with producer David Chase for their idea for the show The Sopranos.[1] He went on to serve as the Chairman of the ABC Entertainment Group from 2002 to 2004. Braun was forced out of his position at ABC shortly after greenlighting the $13 million pilot to the television show Lost, one of the most expensive in modern broadcasting. The show went on to become a huge success, as did other shows greenlit by Braun and his partner, Susan Lyne, including Desperate Housewives and Grey's Anatomy. These shows began an unprecedented turnaround for ABC.[2]

In November 2004, Braun joined Yahoo! to run Yahoo! Media Group, the company's content division. While at Yahoo!, Braun initiated and oversaw the development of the highly successful celebrity site OMG!. Braun also developed the daily video show "The 9" and oversaw major redesigns of most of Yahoo!'s media sites. Braun resigned from Yahoo! in December 2006 to partner with Gail Berman to form the entertainment company BermanBraun.[3]

BermanBraun entered into a strategic alliance with NBC to create television programming for which NBC would have a first look. In July 2007, BermanBraun entered into a strategic alliance with Pepsi to create original online programming for which Pepsi would have a first look to sponsor. In December 2007, BermanBraun partnered with producer Thom Beers to exclusively schedule a two hour block of unscripted "docudrama" programming for NBC.

Braun earned his B.A. from Vassar College in 1980, and his law degree from Hastings College of the Law in 1983. He currently serves on the Vassar Board of Trustees, with a seat due to expire in 2010.[4]

Prior to becoming a television executive, Braun practiced entertainment law for 10 years, representing several high profile clients such as Larry David, Howard Stern and David Chase.

The character Lloyd Braun on the sitcom Seinfeld was named after him, since the media executive served as the lawyer of Larry David.[5]

Interesting sounding cast of characters? Again the shady thing is the media won't report what Quaid is actually even saying in detail.

Quaid demands the IRS investigative units swarm anything and everything under his name – hardly the demand of a charlatan or a whiner. Things named in the lawsuit include allegedly

•Stolen life insurance policy from City National safe deposit box used to collateralize more fraudulent loans
•Falsified probate file for late Santa Barbara woman named Ronda L. Quaid
•Fake trust account
•A house sold- or not sold - by Quaid in 1991 and sort of used by the executives to push money through because it was still in Quaid's name
Here's a full story naming the names -- we can see basically there is indeed a weird star-undertaker financial nexus going on, some kind of almost predatory financial necrophila going on. It's great that Quaid is getting this out there:

Controversies
[edit] Lobbying and Jack Abramoff scandal
In January 2001, lobbyist Jack Abramoff left Preston Gates & Ellis to join Greenberg Traurig. Abramoff brought a book of business then worth more than $6 million annually to Greenberg Traurig, according to his own estimates. A Greenberg spokesman said that its federal lobbying revenue in 2005 was 1 percent of its total revenues of $860 million.

In 2000, before Abramoff joined the firm, Greenberg had $3.3 million in lobbying fees. After he joined in 2001, the firm took in $16.2 million in fees. By 2002, that number jumped to $17.7 million, and $25.5 million by 2003.[18] The firm became one of the top 10 of Washington lobbying firms, moving from 16th place to fourth, according to the National Journal.[19]

In early 2004 Greenberg Traurig fired Abramoff and subsequently received praise from federal investigators and members of Congress for its cooperation in the Abramoff investigation, according to the ABA Journal.[20]
